Отчёт о проделанной работе КРОО «АМС» за 2018 год
В начале 2018 года при содействии нашей организации 9 семей, в которых воспитываются дети с ограниченными возможностями, получили по 50 тыс. руб. от нашего партнёра.
Более 700 детей посетили новогодние мероприятия и получили сладкие подарки.
На постоянной основе работаем с кинотеатрами, Калининградской областной филармонией по программе «Всей семьёй в концертный зал», драматическим театром, Кафедральным собором, Калининградским областным театром кукол, музеем марципана и другими культурными центрами. В 2018 году культурно-досуговые мероприятия смогли посетить более 1.5 тыс человек нашей организации. Всегда готовятся и проводятся силами организации праздничные программы на День матери и День семьи.
КРОО «АМС» одна из первых приняла участие в Калининградском проекте «Мама Дома», а после подписания соглашения о сотрудничестве стала партнёром по президентскому гранту проекта «Мама Дома», где наши мамочки проходили онлайн обучение и курсы “Соседский менеджмент”. Проект подразумевает под собой курс для женщин, которым интересно навести порядок не только в квартире, но и в доме, во дворе, микрорайоне или городе. По завершении проекта в торжественной обстановке всем были выданы – Сертификаты. 53 человека
В офисе на постоянной основе проходятся мастер-классы, где дети своими руками делают замечательные поделки, благодаря нашему члену КС Екатерине Гайсиной, более 140 детей смогли создать для себя или в подарок уникальные ручные работы. К 9 маю детьми были сделаны открытки, которые в свою очередь были подарены ветеранам ВОВ. На встрече с ветеранами дети рассказали стихи и послушали увлекательные жизненные истории о войне. Так же на базе библиотеки имени Чехова, нашего

постоянного партнёра, проходили уроки юного робототехника, где дети воплощали свои идеи в виде конструирования различных роботов.
Организовываем сами и принимаем активное участие в круглых столах и семинарах. Такие встречи прошли с представителями МФЦ по теме «Социальная поддержка семей с детьми», где наши мамы (более 30 человек) смогли задать интересующие их вопросы и услышать для себя много нового. В правительстве КО проходила рабочая встреча о Безопасности детей – в школе, дома и внешняя безопасность. Эта тема для нас очень важна, так как многомама не всегда может уделить достаточно времени каждому ребёнку, поэтому в офисе организации организованы встречи-тренинги с представителем сети частных школ «Стоп Угроза», для наших деток эти встречи проходят на безвозмездной основе.
Тесно сотрудничаем с Общественной палатой КО. Наши мамы приняли активное участие на выборах президента и выступали от ОП в качестве наблюдателей .
Были приглашены в качестве экспертов на программу Позиция ВГТРК, где обсуждалась тема «Прививки». Ведь сейчас остро стоит вопрос, почему мамы не хотят делать прививки своим деткам.
С центром занятости был организован и проведён круглый стол, где наши семьи смогли познакомиться с услугами центра, задать вопросы.
Члены нашей организации задавали много вопросов по школьному, дошкольному и дополнительному образованию, но не всегда у нас был на них ответ. После чего было решено обратиться к председателю по образованию Петуховой Т.М., где мы смогли задать и обсудить все интересующие нас вопросы и получить ответы из первых уст. Мы так же тесно сотрудничаем с комитетом по образованию, в том числе и в проектной деятельности.
Для многодетных родителей были организованы ряд встреч со специалистом по семейной психологии на темы «Причины возникновения конфликтов в семье», «Конфликт. Кто я в конфликте». Это очень важная тема для каждой семьи, особенно когда в ней есть дети подростки. Ведь всегда были противостояния отцов и детей.
Так же дети и взрослые смогли оздоровиться в соляной пещере, которую нам предоставляли на безвозмездной основе.
Один раз, пролистывая социальные сети, я наткнулась на пост, где была написана просьба о помощи детям с психическими нарушениями, для них

просили игрушки и развивающие игры. Сразу было решено провести акцию в нашей организации по сбору игрушек. Собрав игрушки и игры, мы отправились в город Багратионовск, где подарили деткам наши подарки и
провели для них мастер-класс по изготовлению пасхального цыплёнка, но на этом мы не остановились и теперь как говориться дружим домами. В свою очередь я нашла и связалась с движением DaDobro, который действует по всей России. Этот проект направлен на поддержание детей находящихся на лечении в мед учреждениях и домах интернатах. И теперь все желающие могут пополнить наш куб добра, который стоит в офисе нашей организации, что может быть лучше, чем улыбка ребёнка.
В преддверии летнего сезона, была организована встреча с представителями Отдела материнства и детства по вопросам соц.поддержки многодетных семей и летнего оздоровления. Где можно было узнать, кто имеет право на получение бесплатных путёвок в загородные оздоровительные лагеря и санатории, как их получить, кто может вернуть деньги, за самостоятельно купленные путёвки и многое другое. Так же с отделом материнства и детства подписано соглашение о сотрудничестве.
С апреля месяца у нас начинается добрая и сложившаяся многими годами традиция, это проведение трудовых десантов. Семьи принимают активное участие по уборке и благоустройству различных территорий. Это Куршская коса – наш давний партнёр, каждый год мы убираем территорию парка, а так же заготавливаем веники для косуль. Являемся постоянными участниками Марш парков и других акций проводимых на косе. Музей янтаря, детская площадка в детской областной больнице, филармония, каприоль, планетарий, центр экологии, зоопарк, ферма в посёлке Константиновка и др. В 2018 году принимали участие в областной акции, проводимой в НЦ Виштынецкий, где наши семьи высаживали саженцы елей и дубов взамен деревьев, поврежденных ураганом. В продолжение наших добрых дел подписано соглашение о сотрудничестве с региональным союзом переработчиков отходов Калининградской области. Теперь в нашем офисе стоит контейнер по сбору отработанных батареек.
Более 70 человек прошли обследование в Центре здоровья, где смогли проверить уровень сахара в крови, давление, дыхательную систему, получить консультацию диетолога по правильному питанию и задать вопросы главному терапевту.
45 детей побывали на увлекательной экскурсии в Компании “Залесский фермер” совестно с Центром промышленного туризма, где была представлена программа “Пейте, дети, молоко-будете здоровы!” Дети

увидели, как и где производится молочные продукты, были активны и задави много вопросов, а по окончании поездки получили молочные подарки. Такие поездки связанные с профориентацией очень полезны, особенно для городских детей, может быть для кого-то это станет бедующее профессией.
Одной из важных задач нашей организации является и патриотическое воспитание. Нами написано, выиграно и реализовано ряд патриотических проектов, ведь это очень важно в воспитании грамотных, культурных и высоконравственных молодых людей. На протяжении всего года проходили экскурсии и поездки: Областной историко-художественный музей. Экспозиция 75-летие Сталинградской битве. В рамках проекта «уроки мужества» , экскурсия в пожарную часть № 1 Ленинградского района, экскурсия в город Балтийск, где дети посетили корабли ВМФ и послушали увлекательные истории. Посетили и познакомились с Бортом Крузенштерна, на новый год дети показали замечательный концерт в Доме Ветерана, а так же подарили новогодние подарки, сделанные своими руками.
Одним из не маловажных праздников в нашей организации, является праздник «День первоклассника». Каждый родитель знает, насколько это затратно собрать ребёнка в школу, а если это первоклашка, а если в школу надо собрать сразу несколько деток. Поэтому, этот день у нас особенный, и мы стараемся по максимуму помочь нашим семьям собрать первоклашек в школу. Для детей организуется праздничная программа, по окончании которой дарятся канцелярские принадлежности и сертификат в один из книжных магазинов нашего города. Но мы не забываем и о старших детках, все кто по окончании учебного года имеют грамоты или иные награды, не ниже городского уровня также приглашаются на этот праздник. Каждый год мы помогаем не менее 150 детям.
На постоянной основе в офисе организации четыре раза в неделю ведётся приём многодетных семей по различным вопросам, в том числе вещевая и продуктовая помощь. При вступлении в нашу организацию семья получает удостоверение, которое ей даёт право на получение той или иной помощи, а так же нашим удостоверением семьи пользуются не только в нашем регионе, но и по всей России. Раз в неделю каждый член нашей организации может обратиться за юридической консультацией. Между коллегией адвокатов и КРОО «АМС» подписано соглашение о сотрудничестве.
