2. Затем вы оформляете в поликлинике санаторно-курортные карты на каждого ребёнка у своего педиатра, с указанием места лечения – в другом регионе.
3. Несём путёвки – ориентир вход в детскую областную больницу, перед шлагбаумом с права двухэтажное здание, там принимают путёвки. Тел. 93-45-91 для уточнения.
